David has more than 25 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution, specialising in international trade disputes. He also has extensive experience in shareholder disputes and the recovery of monies lost due to internet/identity fraud and corruption issues. David frequently represents clients in obtaining injunctive relief, including Mareva injunctions, Bankers Trust orders and Norwich Pharmacal orders.
Michael is experienced in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including assisting clients who have been the victims of fraud (particularly employee fraud), professional negligence disputes and shareholder disputes (many of which involve a cross-border element). He has also acted in litigation involving financial services institutions (including mis-selling claims and negligence claims), claims involving directors, and disputes over asset acquisitions. Michael regularly acts in injunction applications, often in support of proceedings in other jurisdictions and in the context of fraudulent funds transfers.
