Founding partner of AA&P is a former National Vice-President for Saudi Arabia of the Union International des Avocates . Mr. AlSulaim obtained his legal degree from King Saud University. He has a wide range of experience in the legal aspects of establishing and maintaining businesses in Saudi Arabia lecturer in several conferences and seminars. Mr. Al Sulaim also represents clients in various dispute resolution proceedings, provides legal advice in various areas of law.
Samahir Al-Banyan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University, School of Law, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She obtained her master’s degree from Suffolk University, School of law, Boston, United States. She practices commercial and corporate law and provides clients with legal advice regarding corporate franchise and license agreements, acquisition, labor and several other business-related transactions.
