He has acted successfully in a number of defences of high-profile white collar crime prosecutions.
He has instructed in international litigation matters for clients in the UK, Europe and the USA. He has given expert evidence in proceedings in Switzerland, the UK, South Africa and a number of US states on Australian law.
Gordon has recovered funds for clients in many offshore jurisdictions arising from fraud actions in Australia.
