Mark is DQ’s Managing Director and has extensive experience in the Isle of Man in corporate and commercial law. He is consistently ranked as one of the top corporate and commercial lawyers on the Island. Mark heads DQ’s shipping team and specializes in ship financing matters, such as advice relating to senior secured ship mortgage loans, loan facilities, and re-financings. Mark’s other specialist areas of practice are banking, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Mark is a qualified Notary Public in the Isle of Man.
