Prateek is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice at our New Delhi office and has twenty years of experience in conducting Arbitrations and commercial litigations before Supreme Court of India, High Courts and Tribunals across the country.
He specialises in all actions pertaining to Infrastructure and financing disputes and regularly advises promoters, private equity firms, hedge funds, sponsors, debtors, lenders, commercial counterparties and other stakeholders.
Prateek also represents clients in civil and regulatory litigation and has expertise in litigation relating to public law especially judicial review of actions in tender disputes. He also has substantial experience in joint venture disputes and International commercial arbitrations.
