Valerie Hohenberg

Valerie Hohenberg is a Partner at Wolf Theiss in Vienna and a member of the firm’s Disputes team. She specialises in complex commercial and corporate litigation, with a particular focus on the criminal and civil liability of directors and officers.

Valerie has extensive experience handling high-value, cross-border disputes involving allegations of fraud and corruption, including asset recovery and the global enforcement of judgments and awards. She also advises banks, multinational companies and corporate bodies on internal investigations, compliance due diligence and white-collar crime matters.

Recognised for her strategic, client-focused approach, Valerie was named among the Global Investigations Review (GIR) Top 100 Women in Investigations in 2021. She is praised by Chambers Global as being “very client-focused and always has the bigger picture in mind, but is also very solution-oriented and legally thorough.”

Valerie obtained her law degree (Mag. iur.) from the University of Vienna and is fluent in German and English.
