Jeff’s practice emphasizes complex business litigation, including antitrust, securities and securities enforcement, fraud, intellectual property, entertainment, employment, unfair competition, First Amendment, defamation, and invasion of privacy. He has won jury trials, court trials, arbitrations and appeals, and has 10 published cases. He has written a book and several law journal articles, and contributed to other books. His scholarly writings have been cited over 35 times by courts, law journals and legal commentators. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. William E. Steckler, Chief Federal Judge of the Southern District of Indiana in Indianapolis.

Eric has over 20 years of experience as a commercial litigator, representing both defendants and plaintiffs in diverse practice areas including breach of contract, fiduciary duty, fraud, unfair competition, real estate, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters.
