Joshua Satyagraha, S.H., LL.M

Joshua Satyagraha is a partner in Yohanes Aples & Partners. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, corporate and commercial work, bankruptcy and suspension of payment (PKPU). From 2004 to June 2009 he worked at O.C. Kaligis & Associates. He has also worked as an in-house counsel for a telecommunication company in Jakarta. From 2010 to 2018, Joshua worked at Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners. With more than 15 years of experience in assisting both foreign and local clients in diverse industries including financial, telecommunication, infrastructure, energy and natural resources.
