Saleh is an entrepreneurial lawyer and currently, he’s a Partner and heading the Dubai office of the boutique law firm “International Consultant Law Office (ICLO)”. He is a UAE national with two LLM degrees, one in International Commercial Law from Deakin University, Australia. The other LLM in International Sports Law from ISDE, Madrid. He is an active advocate appearing before all courts of the UAE including the High Court and DIFC Courts. Saleh plays an active role in the arbitration field and he’s currently an elected member of the UAE ICC Steering Committee, nominated arbitrator at ICSID Washington, and former arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) Lausanne.
In parallel, He is advising clients and counseling before various arbitral bodies. Lastly, Saleh is managing the very active role of the firm in supporting international law firms in providing UAE Law expertise before international courts and arbitral bodies. Also in financial crimes including assets tracing and freezing orders in the UAE.
His team has great knowledge in shipping and particular capability in ship arrest before all UAE courts.
