Tomás Villatoro is a partner at Ius + Aequitas Trial Lawyers, a Spanish law firm specializing in litigation and dispute resolution (ADR), which is part of the International Fraud Group (IFG).
In his more than 25 years of professional career, he has worked as arbitrator and counsel, depending on the case, in dozens of arbitrations before the ICC, the Madrid Court of Arbitration, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and the European Arbitration Association.
Tomás is also an expert mediator appointed on numerous occasions by the Centro de Mediación Empresarial de Madrid. He is a member of the Mediation Commission of the CEA and CMEM.
