Antonio received a Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-RJ in 1975. He is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Tax Law (ABDT) where he occupies chair number 31 and is Vice-President of the Brazilian Association of Financial Law (ABDF). He was also a Member of the Permanent Scientific Committee (PSC) of the International Fiscal Association – IFA from 2000 to 2010. He advises individual and corporate clients on tax, civil, corporate, commercial and regulatory matters, including health, ports and shipping areas. Also represents clients on litigation cases at administrative and Court levels.
